Mrs. Kalogerou is the Chairwoman of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, the public independent supervisory authority responsible for the overall supervision of the securities market in Cyprus. Mrs. Kalogerou is also a member of the five-member Public Oversight Committee which was created for the supervision of auditors and audit firms.

From September 2013 to June 2014 Mrs. Kalogerou served as member of the then tripartite Resolution Authority together with the Minister of Finance and the Governor of the Central Bank of Cyprus, tasked to oversee the implementation of the resolution of the second largest credit institution in Cyprus.

Mrs. Ioanna Fiakkou is the chairwoman of the National Betting Authority, the public independent authority for the regulation, supervision and control of betting activities in Cyprus. During her term at NBA, she has worked with all stakeholders in the Cypriot betting industry and has manage to apply rigorous enforcement and monitoring measures. Furthermore, she is responsible for launching the online betting market by granting the first licences for companies offering online betting services. She is now working on a draft bill whose aim is to modernize and update the betting market in Cyprus and takes into consideration the latest local and European trends and developments in the betting industry. Ioanna has a Degree in Economics Science from the University of Ioannina and has extensive work experience in the audit sector.

Sergey Orlovskiy is widely recognized as one of the founding fathers of the Russian game industry.
In 2009, Orlovskiy was included in Top 20 influential people in MMO of 2009 by MOG.
In 2012, Orlovskiy was appointed by the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media to an Expert Council on the development of the IT industry in the Russian Federation.
In 2015, Orlovskiy was called the most famous person in the Russian/CIS gaming industry.
Since 2016 Sergey lives in Limassol, Cyprus.

Stelios D. Himonas was born in Athens, Greece, on May 2, 1962. He received the BE, MS and PhD degrees from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, USA in 1985, 1986 and 1989, respectively.
Dr. Himonas has published numerous research papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings in the fields of detection and multimedia communications. Also, during the period from 1989 until 1997 he served as a reviewer of research papers submitted for publication to Transactions of the IEEE and Proceedings of the IEE, as well as to various conferences in the field of communications.
Currently he is the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism of the Republic of Cyprus. Prior to this position he was the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice and Public Order in Cyprus and the Director of the Department of Electronic Communications. In addition, as from October 2012, he is the Digital Champion of Cyprus, appointed by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cyprus.
Also during the period from 2000 to 2003, he served on the Board of the Cyprus Telecommunications Authority. From 2006 until 2013, he held chairmanship and vice-chairmanship positions in European electronic communications committees.

Alecos Papalexandrou is a Tax partner of Deloitte, based in the Limassol office. He is also the director of the Polish-Cypriot Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Tax, UCITS and AIFs Committees of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA).

Alecos provides tax advice across a range of industries, including oilfield services, renewable energy, shipping, real estate, financial services and banking. He is an author of various articles, reports and presentations on the Cyprus tax law and on the implementation of the EU Directives.

Kyriacos Kokkinos is the Executive Director for Digital Consulting and Business Transformation Services at PwC. He has long served in IBM Europe and in his most recent role he was leading the European Consultative Team in Cognitive Computing and Digital Transformation for Communications Sector. Throughout his career, he served in several managerial and executive positions across different European geographies. His professional domain is Digital Transformation Consulting and Cognitive Computing (artificial intelligence).

He currently serves at the Board of Directors of several organizations, including the BoDs of CIPA, and Vice - Chairman of the Research Promotion Foundation RPF (IPE). He also served at various Boards including Cyprus Tourism Organization CTO and Cyprus Ports Authority.

He is the recipient of numerous awards for professional excellence, such as: Business Leader of the Year 2016 Award by Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Quality Leader Award for 2015 by Cyprus Quality Association. He holds an Executive MBA from Henley Management College (UK) and BScEE & MscEE (Electr. Engineering) from NJIT, USA.

Pavel Muntyan is a Russian moviemaker, cartoon artist and scriptwriter. He is widely known as the co-founder of Toonbox and the inventor of the Mr. Freeman animated series.

Later I got a job in the Coca-Cola's European branch and I was working there for almost 2.5 years, being involved in the various projects of Recruitment and T&D teams. Then IQ Option hired me, after a while I got suggested to relocate to Cyprus to develop the office in Limassol and now I am the Supervisor of the local HR team.

Marianna Hadjiandoniou is the Group HR Director of PariMatch, which is an international holding company with a 24-year betting experience, represented in more than 8 countries, with a strong presence in CIS region.  Being in the HR field for the past 18 years as a Senior Human Resources professional and experienced consultant, she had a wide exposure to local and international companies across various industries, geographies and cultures. She had also the opportunity to practise HR Consulting, with focus on defining and implementing HR strategies, initiating the HR function during start-up operations, and managing the HR aspects of large-scale reorganizations. In February 2018, he joined the ambitious startup BuzzGuru, which works with influence marketing, as COO. Previously, was PR communications head for Wargaming in the CIS. Panikos Constantinou is an Economic Officer A’ in the Ministry of Finance since 2006, working in the Directorate of Economic Research and E.U. Affairs. Mark Brooker is an experienced recruiting leader, managing teams across multiple geographies. He is currently Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Wargaming. Prior to this Mark worked at Expedia in London, heading up recruitment globally for Early Careers hiring across all Expedia brands and before that held three different recruiting leadership roles at Microsoft.

George Michaelides has more than 20 years of experience in ICT. He holds a B.Eng in Computer Engineering and an MSc in Communication Systems. For the last 14 years he has been working for multinational organizations holding various senior regional Service Delivery roles, accountable for the provision of impeccable service through, reorganizations, outsourcing and the implementation/adoption of IT Best Practices. Currently is leading the Cyprus national regulatory authority (OCECPR) for Electronic Communications and Postal Services as well as the regulatory authority for Network and Information Security (NIS) for Critical Information Infrastructures (CIIs). In addition he has been tasked to setup and operate the National CSIRT. The office is also the coordinating body for the implementation of Cyprus Cybersecurity Strategy.
As part of his regulatory duties he is a Board member and Vice Chair 2018, of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), the European Mediterranean Regulators Group (EMERG) and the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP). Outside his regulatory duties he is the Vice President of itSMF Cyprus (IT Service Management Forum), tasked to promote IT Best practices in Cyprus.

Chrysostomos Filippou is a technology professional with strong business acumen. He is active in the areas of IT governance and management, bridging the gap between the IT department and business units. His career accomplishments consist of more than 10 years of experience, eliciting systems requirements and managing complex technology projects internationally (Europe, South Africa and USA). In addition, he is a certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer specialising in the implementation and maintenance of information security management systems (ISMS) based on the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. With regard to GDPR, he offers advice to organisations on the deployment of Data Protection Management System that helps companies to productively manage the process of governance, risk and compliance with GDPR. He holds a Bachelor’ s Degree in Digital Systems from the University of Piraeus, an MSc in Advanced Computer Science and IT Management from the University of Manchester and an MBA from Cyprus International Institute of Management.
